"Location is excellent for catching public buses to anywhere in London. The stops are across the street. Staff checking us in was excellent, listened to our preferences and coordinated our personal reservations with those of a tour we were linking up with. Breakfast options were too many to list here. They had everything for all tastes, literally. Absolutely love the scent of the lobby and main areas."

Our view of the London Eye from our balcony was delightful, and our interactions with the staff was always very pleasant and helpful. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to nearly all of our destinations, shops, restaurants, and the underground."

"It is obviously the basics but perfect for two or maybe three nights somewhere. The only things I didn’t like were no windows in the one we stayed in and nowhere to hang clothing otherwise it was great! "

After a few hiccups at check in, I was approached by Jaya, to address my concerns and she was truly professional. My bar bill was removed and she offered to look after me and my husband when we are due to return at the end of this month. What a difference this made to my experience at the hotel.
