"Check in was easy. Front desk staff great. We got off the third floor elevator and walked around 6-7 garbage bags full if beer bottles and cans. "

"The front desk ladies were very nice coming in and leaving. The hotel was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. I will say you can hear doors opening in the hall wall, so if you are a light sleeper that might bother you. For me it was no issue. Breakfast had a good amount to choose from. The hotel was convenient and right off the highway. "

"The room was completely remodeled ,new carpet ,paint chairs , tub , toilet , etc . The sink drain ran rather slow . It was very nice stay ."

"I came to West Virginia from Florida after the last two hurricanes destroyed my home because my best friend said it was one of the most cost effective places to live. I stayed at Smart Extended Stay and honestly couldn’t have been happier. It is an older hotel but everything in West Virginia seems a little dated but The customer service is above par. They saw a need I had and without a word to me they created a solution for me. I am so grateful that I stayed here I truly believe God was moving through these people because I moved here without knowing a single soul and they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I had a place to stay. I’m so grateful for the people that work here and own it. ❤️💪👌"
