This is our second visit to Bay Report. The staff is always extremely helpful and the room is clean and comfortable. We like to open the slider and see the beautiful bay! I would definitely recommend a stay.

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly an welcoming! The hotel has been updated which is nice. The bed was really hard which im not used to so i was uncomfortable. One suggestion would be to take the carpeting out of the rooms...my grandbaby ran around barefoot in the room and her little feet were black from that carpeting.

The room was clean and spacious, the hotel appears to be fairly new and extremely convenient. Close to Route 30 and the PA turnpike with lots of restaurants, fast food, convenience stores and gas just up the read. The staff was friendly and check in and out could not have been easier. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in the area.

Do not book here unless you are comfortable sleeping or even staying in a room that clearly has not been cleaned. Upon walking into the room there was a strong smell that smelled like sweat or something. The bathroom floors had shoe prints and was sticky. The toilet bowl and seat were not cleaned. There was hair on the toilet seat. There were streaks and hair in the bathtub and brown corners in the tub. It seemed as though someone has just left that room. I assume there are people that live here as well. It was very noisy during the night with people walking back and forth and speaking very loudly in the halls. I wasted money because I could not sleep here nor did I feel comfortable laying off the bed. I turned in my room key and left after 3 hrs to continue my road trip. Take heed of the other reviews. I have photos, but I am not sure how to add them into Expedia reviews.

The rooms are clean and cool. Secure. Nice firm beds. Good price. They got at the front desk was a little slow to check us in. He wanted to chat, we wanted to sleep. But he was kind.
