"The hotel is located at a convenient place where is walking to train station and street around 2-3 minutes. The foods at hotel are delicious with excellent services. The view is very beautiful. It is only suggested the hotel inside should put more lights or directions to guide the customer. "

"This is a really cute hotel in the heart of Grindelwald. Very close to the train station. Very clean and tidy hotel with friendly and helpful staff."

"Our room is clean, staff are very helpful. The location is accessible . The only thing that I don’t like is, you have to carry your luggage’s to the second floor. How much more if you are in the 3rd floor. If they have a lift, it will be perfect. But I love the place."

"Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service! We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Alpenhof. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a breathtaking view—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations. One thing to note: the hotel is located on a hill, which adds to the beautiful views but can make walking with luggage a bit challenging. If you're arriving by train, we highly recommend using a taxi/shuttle service for convenience. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!"
