"Great location and although it is close to the highway, we didn't find it loud. The building itself is clean and accessible and we alwasy found there was somone at the front to answer any questions we had. Very expensive coffee bar in the front area was unfortunately not very well priced even during thier happy hour so don't go there! Lots of good value to be had on Rainy Street just a few minutes away though! "

"Difficulty with check in process. The site was glitching and had to reset passwords in attempt to check in and the customer service phone reps can't check you in or assist with this much sadly. There's no on site person and the customer service isn't in the area so doesn't know much about parking. The second gentleman we spoke to was more helpful than the first.
