"We were the only guests at the time so not sure how the noise would be during peak season. Our end unit was lovey and spotlessly clean. .7 miles into PT. The sliding glass doors downstairs need work as they were almost impossible for us to open. Mini Splits were confusing to operate. The upstairs deck was an amazing place to sit and enjoy the expansive sea or watch the sunset. "

"Great place for a larger family group. Plenty of space among the 3 houses and large outdoor area to hangout after the beach. Pool is an extra plus for the younger kids. Can’t wait to come back. "

"We booked Benjamin's place for 3 couples (6 of us) over the holidays. We found the location to be very convenient, the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, and the main areas were clean and tidy. I do think it's helpful to point out though that we were somewhat disappointed with a few aspects. The third bedroom had a full bed (not queen(?) as the description states) and it was also in a very small basement room that also served as a laundry room. The second bathroom was located sort of as...

"As a first time BnB person i was a little taken aback.by some things like having to bring hand towels for the bathroom and all the no.smoking signs in every room It was a nice place to stay overall"

"Perfect location to beaches and all the fun things to do in the upper Cape, which was our focus. Our "home" was so easily located to EVERYTHING. The property manager/owner was very helpful but not "in your face." The 2 Bedrooms/2 Bath home was airy, clean, comfortable and inviting. We did some cooking but mostly ate out. The grounds around the property were pristine and one could tell, there was a lot of love and pride of ownership..as well as sharing. So glad we stayed here. "

"My first stay in Wellfleet. Have stayed in the Cape yearly for 60 years. Loved it. It’s quiet but close to Ptown and Orleans. The restaurants are the best on the cape. Our accommodation was clean with spectacular views. Already talking about next year. Property management was great. Had to relocate during the summer for a property with different room selections and they made the process easy with just an email. Great all around"
