"The location is very central. It's right next to a subway station, just a few blocks way from the Tiananmen square and within walking distance from the Forbidden city. The staff, Lucky, James and Amber are very helpful and nice. However, the TVs are small, shower drain and hinge were a bit rusty, the heater was not controlable, and light switches were not labeled. Overall, it's really good for the price "

"From the very start we had a fantastic stay here. Super friendly and helpful staff that speak English. The rooms are a little bit small but are extra comfortable. Good hot showers, fridge, kettle, wifi and extremely comfortable beds with excellent linen. The room is all electronically controlled, but is easy to master. Free breakfast had good Chinese and western options. A big shout out to Laura, Cathy and Miss Wang who made our stay extra special. If the price is good again, this will be the...
