Bathing - several of the rooms had clogged drains that had to be cleared. Parking - plenty of it, but is was a walk from the hotel entrance. WiFi - very poor in my room 1001. "The property was not ready. There was no bathroom door, bath mat or waste basket. There is no coffee maker and there are no curtains. Pigeons are nesting outside the two windowsand there is bird poop everywhere. Not a great view. The bedroom is very cramped so we had to use the pull out bed from the sofa for one of us to sleep. This took up most of the room in the sitting area. For the price it was very disappointing.it was non refundable otherwise we would have moved. "

"This rental is bogus. The phone number associated with it isn't connected, and the owner did not respond to any attempts to connect them through email. It would appear that the owner stopped renting it out, except that it was never taken off of the Vrbo website. We only discovered all this within the last week before our reservation, and we had no choice but to cancel our entire trip at the last second."

"Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. Further positives...the bathroom seemed recently renovated and was huge with wonderfully thick white towels as good as any 5 star hotel. Comfy bed and pillows (smell aside). "I stayed here for a week and really liked it. It is a nice and clean basement apartment in a one-family house with its own entrance, so you come and go as you please. The owners are friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything if you want to cook and there's a washing machine as well. The neighborhood is quiet with easy parking near the house. There's a supermarket and restaurants in walking distance."
