"Top 5% of rentals we've experienced during our full-time traveling. Very well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We wanted for nothing. Felt very welcome. Host is great communicator and very hospitable. No complaints; it was a pleasure to stay there."

It did not present any issues but some potential renters may prefer a stand alone home. House could use a face lift, it is advertised as ' retro' and it certainly was. Overall, it was convenient and comfortable. "

"We enjoyed our stay here, great access to Highway 25 and 40, great base place for day trips to Santa Fe, Taos and Jemez Spring. We didn’t cook but appreciated the coffee/coffee maker, dishwasher and washer and dryer! Property was clean and owner friendly! Great little park to walk at nearby and good restaurants in nearby Nob Hill. Comfy bed, could have used more bath towels and please invest in a new sofa and barstools for kitchen. We’d definitely stay with these upgrades! "

"It was hard to make a meal since some of the kitchen basics were either worn out or missing. House needs more lighting. Kitchen is dark and hard to find things without enough light. Chairs in the living room were not comfortable at all. Looked nice but felt like sitting on saggy bricks which is an odd combination. Bed was very comfortable though. Walking distance to UNM."

"The property was walking distance to University Stadium which was great for attending the football game. Loved that it was dog friendly.The hot tub was a plus for relaxing and the kids enjoyed it. Comfortable beds! "

"We loved our stay at this Casita! Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The neighborhood was quiet. Sarah was extremely nice and made checking in, checking out, and everything in between super-easy. We decided to extend our stay one extra night and she made that whole process painless, as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area if it is available."

"Same issues others had with entering the property and again good instructions on using door lock besides the code. No pictures of the inside of unit. No designated parking spots. You search and seek. Definitely no parking in front of unit. We didn’t use any of the facilities enhancements. We enjoyed our stay at this property and would go back"
