The Clau des Cerisiers is a typically Perigourdine property on the heights of a village near VILLAMBLARD with a magnificent view of the summits of the neighboring hills.
This 17th century construction in local stone will delight you with the materials used for its construction and renovation (terracotta floor tiles from Périgord, whitewash on the walls, etc.). Once through the porch door, you will enter a small flowery courtyard with hydrangeas where you can quietly have breakfast. Then, by pushing the gate surrounded by climbing roses, you will discover an immense park with trees and flowers with in the foreground, a magnificent lime tree under which a fountain sings and where a garden furniture will await you to take your meals. The house has a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven, fridge freezer, coffee pod machine, soda machine, etc.), 4 bedrooms, 2 with beds large size and 1 bedroom with twin beds that can be joined to form a 180x200 cm bed, 1 with pull-out bed (2 beds), a large living room with fireplace, a living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which with WC, an office area, a laundry area and an independent WC.
