Amazing house in the forest; 10 minutes to Belfast

Absolutely Charming! Fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Surrounded by 100's of acres of forest, this location is quiet, private, and serene; and yet it is only 10 minutes drive to Belfast. Enjoy, songbirds, deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife in the back yard while sitting on the back porch or grilling your dinner on the outside barbecue. In spring and summer the yard is ablaze with color, surrounded by rhododendrons; then it's fall with stunning leaves! 1 hour to Acadia, 1/2 hour to Camden.

Not what we paid for beware
We were not able to stay at 15 Sunny Point Rd. 2 days before we were to leave home I got a text saying not available. Another place up the road was available by the same owner. I feel it was a bait and switch. When we arrived 15 Sunny Point was decorated for Christmas. Lights inside and out. Tree up and balls hanging from a tree outside. We could have cancelled however 2 days before Christmas and New years holiday was not enough time to find a different destination. We were packed and ready to go. The place we stayed 46 Sunny Point road was not comfortable. We were there for 10 days sitting in very uncomfortable chairs to watch tv. Couch was in another room. We both about broke our toes on the foundation around the wood stove. We wanted a fireplace not a wood stove. Needed 1+ bathrooms. Had only 1. This was my 1st experience with VRBO and I'm not sure I would do it again. I am disappointed with our stay.

Great VRBO !
Our house was very clean and was furnished with great care. There was nothing more we could have asked for in furniture and amenities.Our last day there my wife scared a moose out of the backyard.Our host and significant other were great, accommidating.and fun. We would recommend this VRBO and definitley would stay there again

Peace & Quite, minutes to town.
Home is lovely, very comfortable. Grounds neat , w decks front & back of home, great spaces to relax. Host is kind and helpful. Enjoy stay and look forward to exploring more of Maine. Ty so much Bill.
