Absolutely Charming! Fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Surrounded by 100's of acres of forest, this location is quiet, private, and serene; and yet it is only 10 minutes drive to Belfast. Enjoy, songbirds, deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife in the back yard. 1 hour to Acadia, 1/2 hour to Camden. Single level Living (No Stairs). Belfast is one of the most picturesque harbor towns on the Maine coast; Offering year round dinning, shopping, and a variety of activities. The area has many lovely hiking trails through woods, along rivers, or beside the bay.

Secluded Quiet Cozy Stay
We wanted a place away from the hustle and bustle of the Labor Day weekend touristy areas. This fit the bill. If you are willing to drive a little ways to see Acadia and local towns, this will work for you. Very quiet and unpopulated area. Cabin is cozy with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a no frills rental but it had all we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. There was wifi but the connection was intermittent through Starlink. Other things you might want to know-there are no blinds on any windows. It's secluded enough that you don't need them. There is a washer and a dryer. Host called and emailed to make sure we got checked in or if we needed anything. The cabin made a good center of operations for local attractions.

Nice cabin in the woods
This place reminded me of the cabin my family had in northern Wisconsin when i was a child. Its located on a wooded lot off a gravel road. Very quiet and peaceful. 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds. Lots of room with a yard. Lots of little dust spiders..the place would benefit from a deep clean and an exterminator. Had to wash some of the utensils before we used them as they still had food stuck to them..renters should wash their dishes before they put them away. The host should be able to assume items that are put away have been properly cleaned! Only thing we did not like was there's no shades or blinds on any of the windows, including the bathroom. The place does have neighbors so at night, it was unnerving to chnage clothes or use the bathroom. The

It was a very short visit, but it was very comfortable. Beats a hotel any day. The floors are a little creaky, but that’s not a deal breaker! We would stay again!

The listing is extremely accurate and staying there was wonderful! The home was spotless and very accommodating. Communication with the host was very good and clear. The community and nearby areas are reachable making this an excellent choice for vacationers.

Ten-Day Retreat and Relaxation
I was alone with my beautiful dog and had a friend stay over two of the ten nights. Loved the quiet Maine environment, having a full kitchen and bathroom complete with tub. Host was very helpful and friendly. Saw a fawn out the window, twice! And we thought we saw his/her mother the day before. I wanted to stay longer, and after I arranged for three extra nights, I wanted to stay longer still.
