The space
APARTMENT
A modern style and freshly renovated 2-bedroom apartment in Belfast, close to the bustling city center and Lisburn Rd. With a spacious ROOF TERRACE, a king-size bed, fast and free unlimited 40mb WiFi speed, and a 47inch TV. We just finished adding lots of little improvements, cleaning, and painting to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The result was a crisp white modern home that provides everything you need for a relaxing or romantic holiday in the heart of Northern Ireland.
We also have FREE ALLOCATED PARKING (in the Queens Uni area this is a really unique and very sought-after amenity!)
NEIGHBOURHOOD
Our apartment is located in a great area of the city. It is in a quiet residential area of Queens Quarter in south Belfast but benefits from its proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away on Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue/Malone Road.
It is also just on the fringes of the city center so if you do want to head into the center of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the meandering walk.
If you are coming from the south, we are easily accessible from the M1 so you don't have to worry about traffic.
We have located a 6-minute walk from Queens University and a 10-minute walk from the City Hospital.
Botanic Gardens is a stunning park for an early morning run, an evening stroll, or a summer's evening picnic and is only a 4-minute walk away from the apartment.
It is in the perfect location, no matter your reason for visiting.
CONVENIENCE
For your convenience, entry is via a lock box located just beside the door so you can arrive at any time after 3 pm (Don't worry if you get held up!), free street parking is available and there is a washing machine that is free to use in case you are in the middle of a longer trip and need to do a quick clothes wash.

Other things to note
No extra guests are allowed on the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music is allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will result in immediate cancellation of stay WITHOUT refund.
NO STAG OR HEN GROUPS
Additional rules
Check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. A charge will be applied for unauthorized late checkout or early check-in.
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £300 will be charged when discovered.

Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and fees apply for shipping and handling.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
