"I didn't appreciate being woken at 6.50 in the morning by a lawnmower trimming the greens. Surely this can be done late afternoon. He even had lights on the mower. Also It would have been appropriate if the receptionist who received us had asked us if we needed assistance taking our bags up the stairs ..."
