The Palms is amazing. The rooms are very large and well appointed. Their driver is very courteous and nice. Martin is the nicest person we've me. He greeted us with a nice welcome, cooling towels for each of us, and his food recommendations were on point. The pool is refreshing and the room has everything you will need and is so quiet. If you don't mind being 30 minutes from the Airport, you can't go wrong staying here.

An absolute hidden gem boutique in northern Belize City. Impeccably clean and the nicest staff you'll ever meet. The rooms are enormous and well stocked. Close restaurants/bars and parks/plazas. Gorgeous pool, beautiful grounds, and an awesome driver to get you to and from the airport. Will definitely stay there again.

The property and staff were awesome!! Enjoyed our stay there. The only small complaints i have are the area the palms is in and the amount of trash throughout belize city. Again i have to say the palms and its staff were hreat though.

On a scale from 1-10 I give this place an 11. Staff was amazing, very clean, beds were comfortable, roomy rooms, property and pool area are beautiful. If I ever come back to Belize I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable inside the room. Much more spacious than I expected for the two of us using 2 queen beds. We received coconut bread as a welcome gift, which was delicious and appreciated after a long flight.

This was a very good property for holing up a couple days to take care of some shopping needs in Belize City, without paying resort prices. Nice clean rooms and a pool.

We only stayed here for about 12 hours, but we were sad to leave and I highly recommend this hotel. Our incoming flight to Belize was very delayed and we weren’t able to make our second flight to San Pedro to our original accommodations. We booked this hotel last minute and were warmly prior to arrival via WhatsApp by Marlon. He gave us some information about getting to the hotel and was ready to welcome us when we arrived. The room was spacious and sparkling clean. The air conditioning worked really well, shower was nice and hot (pressure fairly low but adequate), the beds were comfortable, and the sheets and towels were soft. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, moisturizer, and bar soap were provided, as well as 4 bottles of water and a baked loaf of Belizean coconut bread (delicious and a really thoughtful gift). The pool looked really nice but we didn’t get to try it out. We felt very rested after our night here and ready to continue our trip, refreshed after a long travel day. It is walking distance to a coffee house called bakeD, and also walking distance to the TZA airport, where we flew out to San Pedro. The neighbourhood felt safe and the locals in the area were very friendly. If you are on the fence about booking here, just do it! You won’t regret it.

This was an AMAZING Property !!! Beautiful rooms, Very clean. It's a very safe location. Convenient everything you need is within walking distance. If you prefer to take a cab. Very efficient cab service. The staff was top-notch, VERY Friendly, and accommodating. Our every need was met. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay absoultely perfect. 5 star I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PALM. When staying in Belize it's a Must
