"X’Tan Ha Resort was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service was truly exceptional. The team was highly communicative, arranged transportation for us seamlessly, and remained extremely responsive throughout our stay. That level of care made a real difference. Our room was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The entire property feels like a hidden gem. It is peaceful and quiet, and the guests we encountered were warm and friendly, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The resort is a bit removed from some of the busier parts of the island, but that actually contributes to its charm. If you rent a golf cart, getting to other activities and areas is easy and convenient. One moment that really stood out was when I accidentally left my backpack in a transport van before my flight. I was honestly in panic mode, but the resort team stepped in immediately and was instrumental in helping me get it back. That level of support and care speaks volumes about their commitment to guests. My only critique is that it would be helpful to have more food options available and open later in the evening. Aside from that, this resort is top notch. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-run place to stay."

"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Pickwick Park hotel for my birthday. The room was spacious and very clean.The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our time was well spent. My husband had asked them if they could decorate the room for my birthday and they did an excellent job. They arranged for all our excursions and took care of transportation. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Shout out to Andean, karely, Mejonio and Justin for a memorable stay."

"Beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle. I love that you can book activities that are operated through the resort (we did 2 snorkel tours) keeps quality high and logistics easy. The food was delicious and the staff attentive."
