"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Country Inn and Suites. Everything was perfect from the time we checked until we left. The front desk clerk was possibly the most friendly clerk I have ever encountered, and we travel a lot! And the management must be doing some effective training with the staff, because every single employee we saw greeted us and were so friendly! I saw that this really makes an impact on how you feel about your stay at a hotel. So hats off to this hotel for making people feel very welcome! The room was very nice and comfortable. The lobby was unusually beautiful for a hotel this size. There was even a fireplace and comfortable chairs, sofa, table and games! Breakfast was amazing, I can’t think of anything they didn’t have, including multiple hot food items, and ample choice. The breakfast area is large and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area and jacuzzi which was also very clean and nice. Tea, coffee and cookies are always available. The price was very reasonable for what they offer. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area!"

"Very spacious, comfortable rooms. The only complaint I have is we paid for a corner city view room and they placed us on the 2nd floor. I mentioned that we could only see the side of a building, and I was told "yeah, that's typical of our lower level rooms""

"The first night was a little rough. There was quite a bit of noise from other rooms & above, but I packed a white noise machine & that helped. Staff was wonderful, kind, & always willing to help. I loved the spaciousness of the room& wood floors. I wish I would’ve kept the smaller room with the city view however because not have natural light was a bit disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "

"The entire experience was amazing! Staff were friendly, engaged, and went out of their way to meet my needs. Everything was convenient from parking, room location, ice etc. In addition the pool and hot tub were well maintained and had a nice vide for everyone. One snag is I got locked in the elevator but rhe staff were quick to respond, had the fire department deployed, and made sure I was okay upon my release. They comped my room and were very apologetic! "
