"First off reception don't really talk English so there was a bit of a barrier from the start, then I found a hair in my bed, we asked for a double bed and they gave us 2 singles and we couldn't change rooms cause they were booked. House keeping didn't knock before entering (do not disturb signs aren't available). I wouldn't think the hotel would be considered 3 stars but I guess you get what you pay for. "

"We stayed for 7nights as a family with 2kids. And everything was perfect; place, room, beds, pool, breakfast, dinner! Above all, everyone who works at the hotel was so lovely. We were very welcomed. Anything we need we just needed to ask. Thanks to Alex for his lovely company by the pool. We had an amazing holiday and felt at home. "

"I will no go back to it. The dependence has tiny rooms, not up to a 4 stars hotel at all (far from it actually). The room supposedly was sea view. To see the see you have to lean out of the balcony and look right.... We put the towels on the floor to be changed, we noticed the face towels have been take from the floor and put back on the rail. when e complained the manager asked me "if i was sure, because is very unusual that his staff would do that". He sent up someone with fresh towels,...

"I've travelled a lot & been to a lot of hotels but this was just outstanding! :) When we arrived we were welcome by super friendly staff members, our room wasn't ready yet so they just gave us a room upgrade & gave us the SUITE room! :) The staff was always there to help out & answer questions. Hotel is right next to the sea & great restaurants + the breakfast @ the hotel was amazing! Recommend & I hope to come back :)"
