"The property manager, Dan, could not have made the booking process and our stay any easier. Fantastic gentleman to work with. The unit was a lovely, comfy place for our (2) month stay and was very convenient to the Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs town squares. Availability of a golf cart was a big plus for us to get to frequent activities at the Savannah rec center. The place was very clean upon check-in, keycode worked, wifi access easy, tv’s all ok. Everything we looked to use was there...

"The property was very close to the Rainbow River and kayak rentals, so it was a great location. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The towels could use a refresh/replace and the kitchen needs a bit of a deep clean. "

"We stayed for a week in this comfortable house located between Brownwood Paddock Square and Lake Sumter Landing Square within minutes from groceries and restaurants. Owner responded instantly to inquires. Clean house, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen and speedy Wifi. Nice touch to have the bathrooms set up with the little things you expect in 5-star hotels. In fact, the house is best described as a spacious 5-star suite."

"Wanted to see if the Villages might be a retirement place we would like. The house was in a great location between Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs square. The golf cart to use was awesome! The host responded very quickly to any questions and called us when someone turned in our friend’s drivers license she must have dropped. I would stay there again!’"

"My husband, granddaughter and I evacuated to this lovely villa from the threat of Hurricane Milton. We found the rental to be very clean and comfortable. Loved the fenced back yard for our pups and covered walkways for protection from the rain. The master shower is handicap accessible. The owner was easy to communicate with."

"This property was perfect for what I needed. I was there for 8 nights. It was close to the venue where I was attending a conference. The house was clean and comfortable. Kevin was there to greet me and answer any questions I had. Since I’m a “senior “ I chose to sleep on the daybed which was very comfortable. There are 3 beds in the loft but the ladder up and down was a bit formidable to me. All in all this was exactly what I expected. "
