"Nice area"

"Me and my 3 gf’s had a wonderful time. The weather was great and the deck right next to the water is awesome!! There were some things that were broken in the house that were like that when we arrived. It didn’t affect our stay unless we wanted to hide the oven. The lack of an outlet by the sink in the bathroom was a problem. We had to do your hair in one of the bedrooms. The decorations are cute but some repairss are needed. It was one of the more reasonable priced ones though."

"Great property and great host ! It was super clean ! The backyard is huge for non fires ! Kitchen had all type of items you could use including air fryer and all! Host very attentive and responds on the spot ! Gotta love that! And she also can help. You with anything extra you need ! You can put the flat separately or book the whole price ! I felt safe there as well and the locks are automatic. I jsut loved this place all around and will be book again soon ! Thanks again ! 💙"

"The beds were comfortable and the linen clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and all appliances worked (fridge could be a bit colder). The television had plenty of streaming options and Alexa was there to answer our questions about weather, etc. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. "We decided to do a surprise sleepover for my daughters 13th birthday. This was thee perfect setting for adults and 13 year olds. The girls loved every room and took pictures throughout the night. The house is spacious, clean and even had some kitchen utensils that we needed to use. The hosts were amazing, polite and very accommodating. We may find another reason to rent this place again. "

"Staying here was like staying at your best friend’s clean house in Ann Arbor. It is inviting, clean, and cozy- you feel like you can really relax and enjoy your downtime. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need as a guest and the home includes more amenities and conveniences than you could imagine. I appreciate the attention to detail and the personality infused throughout the property. The location was perfect for our family’s visit to Ann Arbor. The kids loved it, too!"

"We stayed here for a week and a half. The rental was almost perfect for us. It was in the center of all the activities we were attending in the Detroit area. The game room was excellent for when we had downtime and we loved all the modern conveniences. Really the only downside was where it was located. There wasn't a grocery store close or at least we didn't find one. There were lots of little kids running around so we had to drive very slowly coming in or leaving. The narrow roads always had...

"We had a great football weekend in Ann Arbor. Spent Parents Weekend and stayed at this darling house with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Great location easy to the school, stadium, restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely stay again. "
