Share small but modern 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath house. WiFi 200 MB download. Attached garage. There is no TV in the available bedroom, which is immediately adjacent to the living area. The bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and living area. The house has a wood burning stove. A young Peruvian couple has the other bedroom. They have been with me for several years and are like family. They keep a low profile but occasionally have friends visit for cards or board games. They take care of snow removal, they both have full time jobs and keep a low profile. They are very respectful of other person's needs and are eager to please. A prospective occupant will have opportunity to meet Javier and Luz, who will decide whether to accept the occupant for the winter. The stated nightly fee notwithstanding, I'm looking for an occupant that will take the bedroom for the FOUR MONTHS ending 4/15/2025 for $1,150 / month. Utilities are included, but the occupant will be responsible for additional electrical expense if the occupant charges an electric vehicle. The house is exceptionally dog friendly. Dog owners should be aware that cougars have taken out several dogs over the past 4 years in the area that starts 3 miles to the north .
