The receptionists are very polite, but the hotel is not good, when I entered the room I had to dust it, the floor was dirty and there was dog hair, there was a water leak in the bathroom, old and dirty towels, the air conditioning is programmed, there is no point in lowering the temperature as it will continue not to cool down, and the breakfast is terrible.

Foi a segunda hospedagem com a família. O hotel oferece instalações razoáveis, tanto no quarto quanto nas áreas comuns, mas citaria os seguintes pontos que pesarão na decisão de escolha para futuras hospedagens: 1. Estacionamento com vagas para 1 carro na frente do outro, tendo que deixar as chaves na portaria e possível manobra, se necessário; é um tremendo inconveniente; 2. Há piscina, mas não tem sauna; estas e outras informações, incluindo regras, poderiam ser fornecidas no check-in; 3. Café da manhã é cobrado à parte- R$ 37,00 (só para lembrar, embora estivesse claro no ato da reserva); 4. Quarto para 3 pessoas ficou apertado para acesso à cama de casal; 5. Treinamento à equipe da recepção poderia ser melhorado para um atendimento mais profissional; 6. Embora tivesse solicitado uma cadeira para a mesa de trabalho no quarto, a entrega foi feita durante ausência do hóspede, mesmo com o sinal de "Não incomodar"; 7. Se não me engano, não havia lista ref. quantidade de itens disponíveis no frigobar, para checagem pelo cliente no check-in e posteriormente pelo hotel, no check-out.
