The hotel was very clean and quite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good. There isn't a fitness center or pool, but wasn't a big deal to me. I was traveling for work. The only drawback is the hotel is not close to other points of interest, but you can always use Uber to get around.

Great staff and hotel!
The staff and hotel itself earn a 10! But arriving was difficult and the food options not so good. The address of the hotel and the hotel itself do not appear on GPS. Also there is no indicating the entrance and the entrance is off of a small road used by other companies. Most of what is listed on the menu is not available. Only a few premade frozen dinners at a very expensive price. The breakfast looked awesome but the price for a family is a little expensive.

Desde o 1o dia notamos q havia algo errado com a trava da porta q impedia de fechá-la cada vez q a porta precisava ser aberta. A Paola, do housekeeping, muito prestativa e atenta, disse q havia avisado uma pessoa da manutenção, e esse iria nos contatar (ela inclusive nos encontrava no corredor e fazia um follow-up do problema), porem em nenhum dos 3 dias seguintes, ninguém nos procurou, e a porta continuou igual. O cartão desmagnetizava 1 a 2x/dia, independentemente se era eu ou minha acompanhante q o usávamos, e funcionava no elevador, mas nunca funcionava na porta do quarto. Casamos de voltar na recepção pra resolver o problema e sempre reprogramavam, e nos davam o MESMO cartão. Ademais, a péssima qualidade do papel higiênico era motivo de piada notória no evento q estava acontecendo na Expominas, entre todos os q estavam hospedados nesse local, e gerou até posts em redes sociais. As toalhas, não estão bem conservadas, e eram colocadas esfiapadas e furadas. No ultimo dia, ao colocar a bagagem no carro, havia um funcionário do hotel, sentado em um Ford Ka q ocupava umas das vagas do estacionamento, fumando com a porta do carro aberta. Com o incomodo da fumaça, tanto eu quanto a minha acompanhante ficamos com crise de rinite, por algum tempo, após o checkout. Mesmo considerando ser um budget hotel, pelo preço da diária, deixou muito a desejar.

O hotel segue o padrão da categoria. A única coisa ruim é que o restaurante do hotel não funciona ais finais de semana. Somos obrigados a pedir refeições fora e as opções não são muito boas.
