"Achei desorganizado na hora do checkout. O rapaz que estava na recepção simplesmente resolveu sair dizendo que iria "tomar banho" e me deixou esperando com o uber na porta do hotel por cerca de uns 20 minutos."

"We stayed just for one night but the staff and especially the reception lady were very sweet and friendly and helped us with everything we needed, they really made us feel welcomed and would 1000% recommend. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were very comfy and clean with great beds and showers. Thank you so much for hosting us!!"
