Above the fog line yet an easy drive to beach, town, and all major highways this one-level house (Vacation Rental Permit # 11159 expires 9/15/2025) has a detached office and garage with electric car port and overlooks a gorgeous private meadow surrounded by forest with distant views of the coastal mountains. A monumental 350-year-old coastal oak tree (10,000 sq ft canopy) shades an enormous deck that transitions to multiple gardens on 2 1/2 acres. The open floor plan surrounds the chef's kitchen. Spending time in the hot tub, the meadow room with char-pit or outdoor garden shower are guest favorites. Upland vistas are a short hike, where as, world class destinations like San Fransisco, Carmel, Monterey, Cupertino and Oakland are all easy day trips. Tucked up against the Zyante Sand Hills Habitat and the Quail Hollow Ranch Equestrian Park wildlife on parade is the norm. Swimming holes are near, as is the fabulous salt-water pool and club house at the Trout Farm Inn. Some of the best music venues found in the central coast are hidden gems on the mountains.
