"The location is unbeatable, the hotel is clean and well appointed, people are wonderful both at reception and the terrace. Breakfasts are good and always served with a smile. "One block from Valencia train station but nestled in the residential corner. Room is spacious and lately built. We check in on Sunday afternoon so only one staff was there. She was busy talking on the phone and handling my check-in simultaneously. Don’t feel warm welcome but this is what you got a lot theses days so no complains. Hotel parking garage is super tight and if you are unlucky to meet two way traffic. You require a good skill to yield your car around to let other cars out of garage....

"Simple accommodations in a great location. We loved being so close to the Valencia Silk Exchange and the cathedral. Valencia is a wonderful city and we look forward to visiting again. The apartment was comfortable, and we were glad to be able to wash our clothes! "Happy to find this place near the train station. The location was perfect for me as the area is near hip pubs/restaurants and also not far from the old town. There is a metro station in front of the hotel. The service was excellent, they offered suggestions on what to do, they have bikes for rent and one can get the busy tickets from them. My suite had all the things I needed, a fridge, a microwave, water heater, Nespresso machine and a bread toaster. There was a hot plate but I didn't use it....

We also were informed by the recepción that water was only included in the first night…. We stayed 5 nights! A bit strange, especially in a place where tap water is not used to drink and you get a coffee machine, which is totally unusable without clean water. "
