"Had a great stay! Hotel staff is great, nice pool, plenty of areas to lounge around, love the beach access and food options at the beach shacks. Room was large and really nice. Few kinks with some stuff in the room - hot water taking a while to flow out of the shower, room phone making sounds and disturbing sleep."

"Unfortunately when we arrived no one seemed to be expecting us and there was confusion and a lack of communication. The room wasn’t ready and although made up quickly there were things missing requiring several calls to housekeeping. The hotel is lovely on a gorgeous sandy beach and the gardens are beautifully kept. Breakfast was good. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there are some excellent places to eat nearby. Overall I’d give the hotel an 8/10"

"They don't seem to have any professional front office, service or housekeeping staff. Very poor room service choice and nothing really offered in the inclusive "buffet" breakfast, makes it a poor stay. No room cleaning offered in the 2N/3D stay. Seems more geared for package holiday international tourists with no service standard expectations. Very close to the beach (10 min walk/ 2 min drive) however, though no view of the sea."
