Excellent home in Bend
Great home with a very nice layout. Bed was comfortable, very nice to have a full kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. I'd recommend it for sure, and would absolutely stay there again.

Great stay!
Owner worked well with us for early check in. AC was nice to have. Setup was nice and clean. Garage was great to store the bikes in a secure location. Overall excellent place will stay again. Carpet could use replacement as it’s quite dirty looking. Other than that 5 stars from us.

Excellent Property
My partner and I stayed 2 nights and felt incredibly comfortable. The place was very clean and the kitchen implements were new. There is a Keurig machine — bring or buy pods and sugar/sweetner with you. Also! There are many many clean towels and the end is especially comfortable.

We really just needed a warm comfortable and clean place to come back to after a long day of skiing and this place delivered the basic needs. We had friends to visit and with plenty of restaurants around we didn’t need to cook at the house, although it seemed stocked enough with all the proper dishes and whatnots. Thanks.

Nice place. Had everything we needed. Easy access to the places we wanted to explore. One of the only negatives is the very slow internet. Was ok for us, but might not be good if you depend on internet for work, etc. Please note that the stairs up to this unit are very steep. Again, ok for us but may not be for everyone.

Quiet, Comfortable Rental in Old NE Bend
This above-garage, 1-bedroom, 1 full bath & 1/2 bath rental was spacious and just right for our weekend in Bend. The location is both quiet and convenient to central/downtown, as well as areas of town to the north and east (of Pilot Butte). The kitchen was well-stocked, everything was fully operational, and the bed and seating areas were comfortable with plenty of pillows. We arrived on an unusually warm day and appreciated that the portable a/c units were already cooling the space - thank you! We highly recommend this Bend rental.

Not what I expected, but still nice.
It was not indicated anywhere that this was an upstairs residence. It turned out ok, but being partially disabled made it hard to navigate. It would have been nice to know that there were fans available as well. The furniture was nice and everything was very clean. I recommend the host putting a bench in the garage to take shoes on and off since they required people to take them off to enter the residence. This also would have been nice to know on the listing so I could have brought slippers for extra support on the hardwood floors.

Excellent........except the VRBO check in keys procedure is onerous. By the time you receive a confirmation number on your email and get back to enter it the 30 seconds has expired. After numerous attempts at navigating that and finally succeeding, there are even more hoops to jump through confirming you are not a robot ....and they don't work even when you prove it. Very onerous. Lucky I had retained the property owners email...he gave me the keys that way.
