Family Friendly, luxurious cabin on the golf course

Welcome to Brasada Cabin 49! Our luxurious cabin features 2 master suites, 2 full baths, a fully equipped Chef’s kitchen and a washer and dryer. The cabin is located on the 9th hole of the Brasada Canyons Golf course with sweeping southerly views.

Brasada Ranch has been named TOP RESORT in the Pacific Northwest by Conde Nast Traveler multiple times. It is nestled in the shadow of the scenic Powell Buttes just 25-minutes East of Bend, Oregon.

Guests at Cabin 49 are invited to enjoy all Brasada Ranch has to offer. Ranch amenities include the private 18-hole Brasada Canyons Golf course designed by Peter Jacobsen and Jim Hardy, the Equestrian Center, Athletic Center which features two seasonal outdoor pools, large year-round indoor pool and a children’s wading pool. Enjoy family friendly meals at The Ranch House or you can enjoy mountain views from The Range Restaurant, which offers seasonal fine dining.

About the Cabin:

There are 2 spacious master suites - each with en-suite bathrooms, new flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, Hotel Collection towels, Pendleton bath towels, new pillow-top king and queen mattresses, luxurious 600 thread-count Hotel Collection sheets, down comforters and Pendleton accent bedding for those chilly Central Oregon nights.

The Cabin features a fully equipped Chef’s kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a gas cooktop. Living room with gas fireplace, stone surround, flat screen TV with DISH Network, Apple TV, surround sound, Bose Bluetooth radio and top of the line furnishings. Large master bedroom also has gas fireplace.

Resort Amenities:

REQUIRED RESORT FEES: Brasada Ranch requires a seasonal fee of $36-$56 PER PERSON PER DAY for guests 6 and older. The fee goes to the resort and enables guests’ use of the amenities described below unless otherwise noted. These will be charged separately one week before arrival and DO NOT show up in the itemized total when you book. If you have any questions please feel free to submit an inquiry so that we can answer them before you reserve and we can add the charges onto the total then.


Athletic Center & Pool: 17,000sf Athletic Center including two seasonal outdoor pools with waterslide, lazy river and waterfall; five outdoor hot tubs; year-round indoor pool and year-round indoor, fenced tot’s pool with water features; fitness center with state of the art equipment; two outdoor tennis courts that can also be used for pickleball (tennis racquets and balls available); half basketball court (balls available); sand volleyball court (balls available); men’s and women’s locker rooms with steam rooms and showers; great seasonal poolside fare/service from Sundance Grill.
The Hideout (kids club): Located in the Athletic Center, The Hideout features ping pong, foosball, rotating climbing wall, video games and electronic gaming consoles, smaller kids’ play structure outside, and many events throughout the year.

Golf, Equestrian, Bicycle Rentals and Spa: These services are available for additional charges. Please inquire if you are interested in more information.
General Store: There is a General Store located at the Ranch. Find all the essentials from dairy, eggs and fresh produce to wholesome snacks, coffee, beer, wine and everything in between.

Fantastic property

Overall we love Brasada Ranch, we’ve been there before. On this occasion there were fires burning and the air quality was terrible. We have a 2 year old and we wanted to move our booking because she’s got what her doctor calls baby asthma. We had other bookings in Bend etc and we were able to move and or cancel all our other bookings because of the poor air quality, but the host of this unit did not want to accommodate us with at least moving our booking to a different date. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The only thing that was missing for us was adequate bedding for the kids.

Loved staying here for a girls getaway. The location was great for walking to the athletic center and store. We spent 80% of our time on the back deck enjoying the gorgeous views. The cabin was perfect for my friend and I to have our own space with the two bedrooms and bathrooms. And it had everything we needed. Along the way Nicole and Casey were great at communicating the process. Thank you!

Perfect 3 Day Getaway
We would rent Cabin 49 again! Perfect 3 day weekend for our first time at Brasada Ranch. The Cabin had everything we needed. The view on the back deck was amazing and so relaxing throughout the day. I was unable to find checkout instructions so I hope that was not a fail on our part and our checkout was ok. All other instructions were were extremely easy. The beds!! More comfortable than my own! So cozy, slept amazingly well. Thank you Casey and Nicole.

The Brasada facilities were great. We really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool & lazy river that was available during spring break. This cabin was clean & provided all the necessities. Appreciated all the kitchen tools, as we prepared our own meals a few times during our stay. The lights in the showers appeared to need new bulbs since they weren’t working. It wasn’t a big deal, but we mentioned it to the house cleaner who arrived as we were leaving so the owner could address it. We really enjoyed our time!

Fantastic property, has quite a bit of room, is very quiet, beds extremely comfortable and fireplaces are a nice touch! Convenient General Store for sundries and quick food. For smaller kids the pool (heated) looks fun with a nice indoor pool as well. Restaurant on property was excellent. Everything was as described in the property summary, excellent WIFI speeds too and temperatures during the cold weather were nicely regulated with the heat pump/central heating combo and two fireplaces. Also appreciated the super easy/self explanatory instructions, a lot of times owners provide over-complicated instructions, but this one had relevant and succinct instructions and frankly a lot was self-explanatory. Loved it!
