Wonderful stay!
We came to get out of town for a birthday getaway and this home did not disappoint. The house was cozy and clean. We greatly appreciated the hot tub and pool table and game closet! The kitchen had so much room to cook large meals, there was plenty of space for everyone.

It was well equipped with everything we could want, from the kitchen to the games, bikes, pool table, etc. it was roomy, and we loved having the large dining table, as well as the small table for card games. Beautiful property and location!
We enjoyed everything about this home and it met our needs perfectly. Quiet street, close to the Village, large deck; great yard for Cornhole and games. Only one note: an extra refrigerator would have helped. With such a large group (15), one is not enough. thank you!

Good house in a great location!
We had a large family getaway here over a few days and it was a very good time! I've stayed in several houses in Sunriver: we loved the location of this one, it was very large, well layed out, and had good amenities. Some negatives were that the floors were very dirty, furniture in the house was quite worn, multiple beds squeaked loudly, and landscaping was needed to make the large yard a place to enjoy. However, the host was very responsive, and we had a great trip overall. If a little more time and money were put into cleaning this place up, I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Sunriver.

We enjoyed the home and it was very comfortable for all of our needs and all ages. The layout of the bedrooms was very conducive to quiet rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, serving items, plates, cups, etc. Enjoyed the deck and the BBQ. Lots and lots of bikes and many badges to access pools land other activities. We would highly recommend this property.

Location
The old adage for the 3 most important things in real estate is location, location, and location. This home is a 1 minute walk to bike trails. By bike, you can get to the Nature center, Shark, and the village in less than 10 minutes without going up or down hills. Our extended family of grandparents, 2 families with children aged 2-15 were able to walk to all of these locations. We hope to rent again next year.

Great house, lots of room!
This house is great! We had 8 adults and 6 kids stay and there was plenty of room. The way the house is laid out is perfect for everyone to have their own space. The yard is huge and plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. Having 4 masters was so nice to have. The kitchen was stocked and with quality dishes and utensils. The hot tub was really nice, and large! I would recommend this home to a large group of people. We will be back!!

Excellent home for large family. Nice living area with large dining table plus extra game table. Recommend adding 2nd refrigerator for this large of house. Worked fine with the cold weather for additional refrigeration, but summer would require coolers.

Great family home!
We gathered for a family reunion and had a great time! A couple of minor issues such as a cracked tile on the steps and a bunk support that needed reinforcement I brought to the manager’s attention but nothing that negatively affected our stay. We would stay in this house again unless we outgrew it! The hot tub was AMAZING! My only suggestion would be to have an “overflow” refrigerator out in the garage for guest use. The house can accommodate a large group and we had to get a little creative to get everything in the refrigerator.

Great house for a large group.
We stayed at 23 Quelah with 9 guys and it was super comfortable. The house was spacious and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms, and the giant outdoor deck was great. We used the hot tub and the pool room quite a bit. There were some minor things that were a bit shabby (dirty showers, kitchen tools needed help, many of the bikes in the garage were broken) but nothing that was too difficult to work around. The one thing that is hard to plan about this house is that it's WAY outside of Bend, deep in a neighborhood with lots of windy streets and makes it a bit hard to get things like Ubers to the house. As long as you know its a solid 20-30 mins from downtown, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

House is unique in that it has 6 bedrooms of which 4 are individual en-suite master bedrooms. One of them on top floor; one on main floor and 2 on bottom floor with the two other bedrooms across from them suitable for children. The layout worked perfectly for our intergenerational group of adult couples and couples with children. The overall interior was open, light filled, modern and spacious. The decks were wrap around and easily accessible including 2 levels of entrances from the house. Has hot tub and plenty of space and ways to be in sun or shade. House had AC/Heat, washer and drier and lots of bikes for use (in garage) along with SHARC passes. The location was convenient, neighborly wooded setting and quiet. Very happy with the house- described amenities and pictures of the place are accurate. The owner management was promptly responsive and helpful. A longer stay would have just fine!

Outside the house - bveat up BKB hoop, trashy landscaping or non existant. 3 broken wooden planters. Deck is a shambles with 6 chairs Called fire department twice due to gas smell in the kitchen. Vacuum cleaner and fry pan broken. Extension cord to hanging lamp. TV in LR set up poorly. Kitchen floor filthy upon entry and mold in master shower. Older home/no care !

Great Home!
We had the best time at our family reunion.....There were 14 of us and we had room to spare! The setting of the house is gorgeous in the woods with trees surrounding offering shade and privacy. We even had deer walking on our property to add to the charm of this house. This house is completely equipped with everything you would need. The kitchen has every small appliance imaginable (including a crepe maker!) Tons of cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, containers, bakeware, pots and pans, and more... The garage housed probably 15 bikes of all sizes, helmets, and pumps. The upstairs deck wrapped around the house and was a wonderful spot for breakfast, reading, playing games and other activities. The neighborhood is quiet so the kids could easily ride bikes on the streets. Location is wonderful....near the village, the resort, and the great SHARC. We highly recommend a stay here.
