Mini vacation to Deschute county
Its in a very nice neighborhood with some friendly people I see outside in front. The house is perfect for what I'm looking for with pet. I will come again with pet as I didn't at first.

Great stay in Southwest Bend
Our family had a terrific stay at the Quail Pine Loop rental. We stayed here to visit grandparents and go skiing. The location was easy to get to and very peaceful. The house had everything we needed and the hot tub was a plus! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Nice clean house and neighborhood
House and neighborhood were both clean and well kept. Perfectly located, just a short Uber to downtown. Beds were comfy and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing before bed. Will definitely try to book the same place the next time we come to town.

Beautiful Home
Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to Bend restaurants AND mountain. The beds were so comfortable, and the house was lovely. My family loved the hot tub after our ski days. Highly recommend.

Stayed 3 nights, master bed was really comfy and kitchen/living areas was really comfy as well. The bathrooms could be updated and the cleaners should pay more attention to cleaning the bathrooms as well. Overall for the nightly rate it’s a great place, great neighborhood and location.

This house is in a nice neighborhood, easy to walk to the river trail, has everything we needed (except air conditioning - but luckily it gets cool at night). Very clean. Open layout of kitchen and living room. Even Disney plus on the TV so the kiddo could watch Bluey. We would be glad to stay here again.

This was a nice, clean, recently updated home. The kitchen and living area was great for the small group we had. Great central location for restaurants/shopping and outdoor activities. Pet friendly and a good sized back yard! Our biggest disappointment with the property was the hot tub, which was a big deciding factor when looking for a place to stay on our ski trip. When we arrived to check in the hot tub was being drained and refilled and we were told it would not be ready to use until the following day. We contacted the host and expressed our frustration with the hot tub not being available for the first half of our stay, they offered no discount or solution and told us this was standard procedure to clean and refill between guests. If you are going to highlight the hot tub as a feature for the listing, make sure it is clean, hot and available for the entire duration of a guest’s stay.

Poorly maintained and equipped home
We have stayed at over 20 VRBO Homes throughout the United States and this home was the most poorly maintained and equipped home we have stayed at. We had to request an extra set of silverware and towels as the home wasn't equipped for our group of 5. We also had to clean the garage and backyard as no one had touched them. The home is absolutely anti smoking but the garage smelled like an ash tray. Pets are also not allowed but the rooms and carpets smell especially of animal urine. Online photos and property description didn't match reality either.
