Great place to stay. This is the second time at this property for us. Super clean and quiet even with allowing pets which we don’t bring ours. Beyond seeing dogs in the lobby, there’s no other trace. Very conveniently located to the Old Mill Dist and downtown.

This place is a joke, I live in the area and stayed here die to a surgery I had the following day, I had called the day before to ask for late checkout The lady on the phone said noo(12) was the best she could do and I said great! The next morning as I was georesdy. They called the room and proceeded to just breathe heavy and then a housekeeper knocked on the door and was rude to my husband. Then they shut off our keys and then the desk called and said they had no idea of our late checkout, extremely rude and uncalled for. I will never stay here again. Check In was bad as well. There was never any on at the desk and when we did the teenager just gave us keys and never did any explaining of anything Every other time they were always just hanging out behind the scenes . Im done. Never been treated this badly at a hotel before

I know what I want when it comes to a hotel. Cleanliness is at the top of my list! This place met all the marks I check when staying somewhere. The staff was amazing! Everything as CLEAN! And the beds and pillows were ones that gave you a good full sleep! Definitely will stay here again the next time we are in Bend!

Stood here last minute on a road trip with our Dogs. We have stood at another MyPlace location before in Bozeman MT, which was good. This one was just as good, clean rooms, large with kitchenette, our pets had a place to stay. Would stay again. Only odd thing was the night we checked in, i had asked if we could extend our stay another night as we were exhausted and didnt want to leave in the morning to head home to Boise. The receptionist said yes, shouldn't be a problem there was availability, but that she couldn't get into the system to add the stay so just check back in the morning. So I called downstairs to extend in the morning and was told it was sold out - and it had been sold out so not sure why she said there was availability. As we scrambled to pack, i looked up other area hotels and saw that this hotel was listed like normal on expedia having availability so i booked it just in case that meant something opened up. i called back downstairs and told them aqnd they said nope - sold out. So i canceled my booking. But it begged the question: so what if I booked this online and just happened to show up not knowing it was actually sold out, would they just turn me away>? and they said unfortunately yes. SO my only advice is if you book here PLEASE call them to make sure they truly have availability. makes no sense that the systems arent communicating properly.
