My husband and I were looking forward to our stay at the Seventh Mountain Resort, however, after checking in, we found the condo had not been cleaned yet. I called the owner and sent a message. But did not get a response. Fortunately, the folks at the front desk was able to get a hold of him. He said a house cleaner was coming soon. An hour later the place still was not cleaned. Finally, Wyndam sent one of their cleaners to do the job. The host sent one response regarding this issue. Not only that, the microwave had food splattered inside, the carpets are stained, and it looks like there was a fire on the stove top. We will stay at the resort again, because of the amenities, but we will not rent this unit again.

Nice getaway
We stayed here as I have visited 7th Mountain Resort many times. I love the resort itself, especially with kids. Walking distance to the pool, mini golf, and exercise facilities. Downfall was the cleanliness, it needed a through walkthrough prior to our arrival I feel. The room is dated compared to many other rooms I’ve stayed in there, but it’s accurate to the listing, so that didn’t bother us a bit. The main pool and hot tub were also under construction/closed, which would’ve been nice to know prior since our kids spend all day swimming, so that was much more crowded. I did appreciate the later 11am check out time compared to the 10am checkout through World Mark. Overall we enjoyed the room.

The codo was old horrible stove that belonged in a junk yard. The coffe maker still had coffee in it from prior tenant and was located in a utility room. No wash cloths. All the mirror were smeared with something in an attempt to clean them?? I left a day early it made me angry I paid almost more than 300$ a night with fees for a dump. So upsetting . Even the front desk had no contact information so I was unable to check in until 4 pm.

Great location- could use some more cleaning and communication.
Great property - unit is a bit older and well worn. Based on reviews I think I expected a little more cleanness- mirrors were foggy with streaks - carpets stained and missing bedding for pull out bed- towels were damp. Owner took days to reply and then even what was communicated was did. Not happen. Was a bit disappointing- could be an amazing unit with a little TLC and effort.

Pretty nice, but housekeeping needs improvement
Property was as advertised, a great location and balcony view. Owner said unit was open to check in early, which was nice, but housekeeping needs improvement. The watered down hand soaps were nearly empty, and the surfaces weren't well cleaned. The bathroom floors were hairy (eww), there were sticky spots in front of the trash can, the microwave door was dirty and spaghetti was stuck to the pans. We cleaned that up, but expected more with a cleaning fee and pet cleaning fee. Beds were comfortable, but pillowcases were worn/torn. We had to buy kitchen towels upon arrival.

Great Bend Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay in Bend. The condo was nice with beautiful views and the resort had plenty for us to do including the large hot tub we visited often. Our only complaints about the condo is there was no kitchen towels, no hand towels and no trashcan in the bathroom. Additionally, more paper towels and a TV in the bedroom would have been nice. Overall we would stay there again.

Great View!
Our visit ended up overlapping with the first heat wave of the season. Not to be deterred from the hikes we had planned, it sure was nice to come “home” to a shaded patio with sweeping views of the Deschutes National Forest to cool off and recharge. The photos don’t quite do it justice!

Perfect Bend getaway
Loved this one bedroom right outside of the main part of Bend. Short ride to restaurants. The resort has many perks like pool, restaurant/bar, charging station, and front desk assistance. The room was well appointed and clean. Located on third level so no noise from complex. View is beautiful and we loved having coffee on the deck!
