My husband and I were looking forward to our stay at the Seventh Mountain Resort, however, after checking in, we found the condo had not been cleaned yet. I called the owner and sent a message. But did not get a response. Fortunately, the folks at the front desk was able to get a hold of him. He said a house cleaner was coming soon. An hour later the place still was not cleaned. Finally, Wyndam sent one of their cleaners to do the job. The host sent one response regarding this issue. Not only that, the microwave had food splattered inside, the carpets are stained, and it looks like there was a fire on the stove top. We will stay at the resort again, because of the amenities, but we will not rent this unit again.
