Property is dated, bath fan not working, numerous receptacles are worn out and a plug won't stay inserted. Number of small things typically found in a kitchen not available.

Good location- that’s about it
We liked the idea of a cute yurt house and we liked the price based on the age of the property. What we did not expect was how run down it was. The deck was falling apart, the hot tub looked really old and wasn’t even working. Had to call maintenance who came late the next day, refilled the hot tub and then we had to wait another full day for it to heat up. We were only able to use the hot tub on the very last night. We pay outrageous fees for cleaning and it was not clean. I had to run a vacuum over the carpet when we got there, the kitchen floor was dirty and cobwebs everywhere. On the positive side- it was a convenient location- close to the Sharc and shopping, and response to the hot tub issue was fairly quick. I would recommend to anyone just looking for a place to crash at night.

While we enjoyed our stay, I do wish the back patio was in better condition. Around the hot tub specifically, had many boards I was afraid were going to break. Also, needs more forks, I think there were 2 in the drawer.

Dated property
There was garbage and bottles outside the home. Property is dated with older amenities. Hot water tank not larger enough for a family and we quickly ran out of hot water. Only 1 hour worth of firewood for a 4 day trip. Overall the location is wonderful and in a quiet neighborhood. We love sunriver and frequent it often. Read other reviews they are accurate. Wouldn’t book this property again due to needed repairs.

This place is beat up!
This place is in poor condition. It needs some serious fixing up and cleaning done. The deck is sketchy, the hot was not used because of the condition of it. I could keep going. Luckily we spent most of our time outside the property. Also, the people that came to “check the internet” that worked for Vascasa was completely clueless when asking questions too. The person who cleaned the room before us did a terrible job. I picked up food off the floor as soon as we walked in. The trash from the previous guest was split over the thrash outside as well.

Older home with a great location
No air conditioning which leaves the house warm and stuffy during the day, but cooled down at night. You will hear every sound in the house due to the walls not going all of the way to the ceiling. The hot tub was great when it worked, but the service company was quick to respond when it didn't. The train was not an issue. Loved the multiple decks, but could use a patio umbrella in the back. Great location within a nice walk to both the village, Sharc and Fort Rock Park. Comfortable house for its size and age. The four of us had a great week.

Met our needs just fine. No axe to make kindling with so unable to make a fire. Never seemed to actually get cozy warm with the baseboard heating.

Great location! Property needs updating and offer more privacy for family living quarters. Hot tub is very old and was not working properly. You can hear everything in the home from every locatiin. Train tracks directly behind home and very loud. Love Sunriver weather and location!!

We really enjoyed the stay. Although you need to talk more about the train that goes by this property. It is surprisingly close. And even though you know it’s there it becomes a bigger surprise at 2:30 in the morning. Not very relating. No skillets at all like advertised. If not for the train we would come back to this property. Thank you.

It was fine
There was no dishwasher like the ad said and the light in the kitchen wasn't working properly. The coffee machine still had coffee in it from the last guests. Otherwise the space worked for our needs.

Disappointed overall
When we arrived the property had not been cleaned, the kitchen specifically. Crumbs were on the floor. The hot tub was dirty. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. And on the second day we woke up to find large ants all over the kitchen floor.

Beautiful location but the house needs work
The backyard of the home is only about 50 feet from frequently used railroad tracks, though this was not a problem for us as we love trains; for those with children, it could be a danger. We found the house was clean and ready; however, the house needs some maintenance. The electrical outlet in the bathroom doesn't work and the only mirror is in the bathroom. If you need to use an electric razor or dry your hair, you have to do so without a mirror. We all found the furniture in the living room to be old, saggy, and uncomfortable. However, the beds are comfortable. We were supposed to have a large skillet but there was none; I called and requested one but it never arrived. There was also no laundry detergent there, as promised. This is a round house and there are no ceilings in the bedrooms so sound carries extremely well. The only room covered is the bathroom. Some of the shades in the kitchen/living room only go up part way and the front deck chairs are so old they leave a chalky residue on the clothes. However, the back patio chairs are comfortable.

Loved the style of the house! The hot tub was out favorite part!
This house was perfect for our girls weekend! I think we spent the majority of the time in the hot tub! It was so nice and relaxing! The hot tub is in the back of the house and separated from neighbors which is very nice! There are no houses behind this house so it's very private and quiet! There are railroad tracks right behind the house but it really wasn't that loud at all! It didn't bother us! Thank you for the great stay!!

Beautiful cabin and property. Love the fireplace and hot tub! Thank you for providing us fire wood and dish/laundry soap. 30 min drive to Mt. Bachelor, the reason for our trip- loved coming back to the coolest looking house on the block!

I loved it! Me and some budys just needed somthing cheaper but still nice and this was it!
I noticed some reviews were not so good so was kinda worried, however it was supper easy to check in, just open the BOX. No one bothered us the whole time, granted we were out doing out door stuff most of the time. If you don't like trains probably not for you however if you love trains like me and my friends there is a pretty intense experience sense its right there, again we love it! Don't sleep on tracks they hall through there. I have a 5 year old son and I probably wouldn't bring him to this one, even though he loves trains too. Just don't let your kidos wander off if you do take them. The hot tub was nice, I didn't see any pics of it so was worried it was a 2 person tub or old broken down, but we got 4 of us in it 1 big guy with room for more. Hot tub was dirty at 1st but cleaner arrived around 430 to clean! Cons - Shouldn't have Carpet its all stained, bathroom fan seemed to go into cabin not 100% though. don't get me wrong everything was clean. Walls are supper thin and cheap but did proved separation of rooms. Watch your step on the deck, I was fine but I did have a buddy step in the big hole on the side of the cabin. Really not bad I can always come up with Cons any ware I stay. I myself would stay here again there were a couple cons but I liked it. Thank you for letting us use your pad, Sean PS Sunriver is a blast if you have never staid before!!!

Can I give a zero ?
The management company was pathetic. If you want to be treated as invisible garbage please use them . We asked for early check in and was told no even though I drove by at 130 and the house was empty and available and i asked for late checkout and was told no even though at 3 no one had yet come to clean as I checked in again. The house was dirty boards with splinters hot tub was a joke and the house was overall very poorly built. I would say though that the house was still better than the customer service. They should all be fired

great for the price
the tack strip between the carpet and linoleum was exposed and often times hurt our feet. Not a big deal though we just drug an area rug over it. Overall the house was great and I would stay there again.

Very shabby in a lovely location
This could be a great property if someone cared about it. Instead the furnishings are old and more suited for a flophouse. Everything smelled faintly of cigarettes and bad perfume, the coffee maker died after day one, the sheets were worn and ancient, the king sized shams were stuffed with smaller pillows because, why not? This is Sunriver and people pay a premium to stay here, so why make your rental home truly comfortable? The owners obviously don't care about their guests.
