In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 800 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: property 700 m2, garden with lawn. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: trampoline, central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Benecko-Štěpanická Lhota/u lomu" 100 m, railway station "Hrabačov" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Very beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Suitable for families. 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
