Beach, pool, sauna, gym, nature, close to Deauville. 2 minutes walk from the sea! Ideal for families or groups of 10.
Beautifully decorated and equipped, in an outstanding natural setting, the villa was renovated in 2021 and has a heated pool with safety device, private gym and sauna, barbecue and pizza kiln. 150m2 interior (ground and 1st floor), 500m2 outdoor. Stunning sea view from the 1st floor terrace and bedroom.

The whole villa is dedicated to the travelers. It is located in a small semi-private street with superb properties, overlooking the sea and 200m from the beach.

Proximity to the center of Deauville while remaining in a green setting, Villa L'Hermitage reveals its most beautiful assets: beautiful heated and secure 4x9 swimming pool, fitness area with indoor bike, treadmill and rower, sauna, sea view, all in a space of 500m2.

There are 5 bedrooms. One is on ground floor with its private bathroom. On 1st floor 1 bedroom with sea view with a beautiful ridge height of 4.8m. One is a family suite with 2 floors, 1 big bed in one and 2 single beds in the other. The last one is in the pool house, right on the other side of the pool.

A small additional space under the roof is also available. it is a relaxation area dedicated to teenagers with large TV.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool is beautiful and was heated to a comfortable temperature. Loved the views of the ocean from the top bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great and we appreciated the plush towels as well. It is a short walk to the shops and cafes of Deauville and up the street from the boardwalk along the beach. The host was very kind and helpful and took care of things even before we asked. We hope to return.

Une maison parfaite pr des vacances en famille ou entre amis !
Nous avons loué cette jolie villa pour une semaine de vacances estivales en famille (5/6 adultes et 2 enfants de 2.5 et 5 ans) Nous connaissons très bien la région mais nous n’avions jamais osé louer une maison avec piscine extérieure! Cette année, au vu de la météo ensoleillée, nous avons pu en profiter tous les jours … et jusque tard dans la journée ! La piscine chauffée est absolument parfaite pr barboter / nager avec des enfants et se rafraîchir (à tout âge!) : belle, de bonne taille et bien orientée. La maison est très joliment décorée et tout se prête à des moments conviviaux : jardin / terrasse avec de nombreux transats + mobilier de jardin, grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte, bbq, four à pizza, table de ping pong etc… nous n’avons pas utilisé la salle de sport et le sauna mais équipements très prometteurs. Quelques belles surprises : - tres jolie vue mer depuis le 1er etage (grande terrasse liée à l’une des chambres) - proximité de la plage via le Chemin Rideau - une gentille attention de la part des propriétaires à l’arrivée - grande disponibilité du contact conciergerie Micro bémol : le bruit de la circulation venant de la route du littoral (mais sans que cela soit trop problématique). Nous espérons y séjourner à nouveau une prochaine fois !
