Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This property didn't exist and when we reached bengaluru they picked the phone and said this no is wrong no. They keep sending us in circles middle of night. One of the worst experience we had with them. My Brother in law from Australia find out they are under renovation but we didn't get any notification and no one was helpful enough to make sure there guests arrive the place if they had booked with them.
