Basic clean hotel in a great location
Had the worst check in experience all thanks to Vandita who was the most unwelcoming receptionists I’ve come across. Other than that had a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and the location is great!

Friendly and helpful staff
The staff here is extremely friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms were nice and comfortable but offer absolutely no view from any room. The location is quite close to Commercial Market which is a short walk away as well as MG Road by auto. But in the immediate surroundings you will only see furniture shops.The dinner buffet was decent from a choice perspective but given the fact that dry items like fish and chicken sat on the hot plate for hours made the consistency like rubber. When highlighted the staff very kindly and promptly offered to bring me freshly prepared plate. The breakfast buffet was a great experience with lots of choice for food. The Wifi was quite stable and fast. Please be aware that they still do not have a functional bar.
