"Reception staff could be better only 1 fully trained duringbthe day over staff ask her she leaves her customers so double the time to get sorted. If you need tomgo reception dont go 2pm to 6pm folk are checking in, you might miss your holiday its that slow. The lifts are a nightmare during breakfast, meal times only 4. Pool area qnd bars are well staffed apart from need a permanent life guard qnd despite adequate signage parents dont no the qge of there toddlers when no under 16s in jacuzzi tub,...

"Awful check in . You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "

"My first day there and my passports were stolen from my bedroom I’m elderly and had to take a 4 hour ride there and back to Madrid in order to go to the embassy to get new ones my wife’s jewelry was also stolen. I would never go back. "

"Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly. We got stuck in one on one day but staff came relatively quickly to get us out. There’s lots on with some form of entertainment every couple of hours. Drinks are very generously poured. Food was ok. "the breakfast buffet was excellent but the hot dinner buffet was not good at all,not enough meat and fish dishes food was not hot enough and no green vegetables except salad.It was also expensive at 25.euros.However the food in the restaurant was good although I would have liked some vegetables with my salmon.Xmas Eve Buffet was very good,. so they need to improve dinner buffet but I loved the hotel and would go back again and would recommend it to anyone.."

"4nights over Xmas just me and the missus and a lot of friendly Spanish people brilliant.The staff were all excellent and very attentive,the food was varied and of very good quality.compliments to the kitchen.we have used this hotel many times and never disappointed.thankyou for making our Xmas special."
