Spectacular five-star beachfront with spectacular views over the sea and the best sunsets in Benidorm. All new after reform. Furniture and decoration very careful.
Have a soft drink, listen to music, read or chat in front of the sea in total relaxation. Enjoy a true vacation listening to the waves of the sea at night. Sustainable accommodation label.
Located on the promenade of Playa de Levante in Rincón de Loix. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, pubs, bars, shops, ATMs, banks, bus transport and taxis. There are doormen 7 days a week and security cameras.
It has 4 independent air conditioners with heating in the living room and in the 3 bedrooms. Mosquito nets on all windows, swimming pool, parking and Wifi. Maximum 6 seats. Completely equipped with trousseau, crockery, glassware and complete furniture. Living room with a beautiful 5-seater sofa with a chaise longue plus another chaise longue facing the sea. 55-inch Smart TV with satellite channels.
Two bedrooms with a 1.40x1.95 bed and the third with two 90 trundle beds. It has a full bathroom adapted for the disabled and a toilet. Independent full kitchen with dishwasher and all kinds of new appliances. Inner patio with clothesline.
Community pool and parking with charging for electric vehicles. Minimum rental 5 days according to season. Pets Allowed. Deposit €400.

Family stay in Benidorm
It was very nice and clean flat. Had new water filter put in, so we didn't have buy water Beds, bedding, cot all ready for us. We even had some beach chairs and spades and buckets for kids. Only things we were missing were some board games. If we had any problem, the owners resolved it for us. Looking forward to next time.

Fantastic accommodation
The property was spacious clean, well equipt and secure. Being on the frontline we had lovely views of the sea/beach. The location was good in that it was far enough away from the main strip for mostly quiet nights but not too far to go if you wanted a lively night. Is also a plus being on the 1st floor should you not like heights or lifts. The swimming pool is good and only downside is with it being a large residential building no sunbeds are allowed which, is understandable due to limited room round the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would defo recommend this accommodation. Thank you to the hosts for allowing us to stay.

So it does have a great view and it is lovely and clean. However it states it has 2 singles beds. It really does not. Its a pull out bed that once you pull out you can not walk around the bedroom. Very disappointed with this as we were a group of girls that wanted our own space and would not have booked this apartment if we had known the small bedroom is only ok for children that do not mind sleeping on top of each other.

From the moment I booked, Miguel was messaging ensuring everything went smoothly. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for cooking and staying comfortably. The apartment was as advertised and very quiet and comfortable. Picking the keys up from the old town was a bit of a pain but other than that we would highly recommend and will probably look to book again and we will inform our family and friends

Hubby and I stayed in Miguel's lovely apartment from 30th September - 27th October, joined by daughter and son in law for the last week. We all had a wonderful time, the apartment is spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. The location is perfect too, close to everything without being at all noisy. The key collection from Interhome was very straightforward, communication from Miguel and Interhome was very good. Highly Recommended !

Apartments where lovely, the view is fantastic. The problem we had was the blinds not all of them worked which was a pain when sleeping and a lack of pillars and bedding. Would definitely return, we even left salt and pepper for the next visitors as we noticed a comment left on the reviews. Thank you !

Brilliant apartment, spacious bedrooms and living space. So handy to have the utility room for washing clothes and the indoor washing line. The living area was lovely, overlooking the beach front and all the activity. Air conditioning was a bonus, much needed this summer. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The communication with the owner, Miguel, was excellent, and he was readily available to answer any query we had. We were able to collect the keys at the apartment. Property was as described in the advert. A beachfront location with all amenities such as supermarkets, bus stop, restaraunts, beach, promenade and activities. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with electric fans in addition to air conditioning. Satellite and internet TV along with wifi worked perfectly. The community pool is a good size and is not crowded. It also includes plenty of shade. We plan to stay here again on future holidays.

Stayed for 5 nights with a few friends and had an excellent time from start to finish. The property manager and owner were a great help when picking up and dropping off the keys. Stayed here for 4 nights in September, the property was beautifully clean and tidy with modern decor, ideal for 6 women guests with plenty of space and amenities nearby. Aircon in the property was fantastic, definitely a bonus. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Apartment block as a whole was extremely well kept. Close to the beach and bars/the strip. Extremely easy to book and communicate with owner/Interhome. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment on the beach for a reasonable price, definitely better than a lot of the properties we looked at for a similar price. 5/5 stars.
