There is secure parking for up to six cars in the front garden and shaded parking for one car under the house.
The majority of the living accommodation is on the first floor which is reached by a flight of stairs on the outside of the house .PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO INTERNAL STAIRCASE.
The entrance to the accommodation is through the Naya which is furnished as a dining room, this leads into the spacious sitting room which has a wood burning stove and comfortable seating for seven people as well as sat.TV . Adjoining the sitting room is a well equipped and fully fitted kitchen complete with ceramic hob ,multifunction electric oven,. large fridge freezer and dishwasher as well as a good selection of small electric appliances should you wish to cook meals from scratch .
The Master bedroom has a king sized bed (which was replaced in September 2016), a chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes, one of which contains a safe. There is a sink in one of the other cupboards. The second bedroom on this floor is furnished with zip and link beds which can be made up as either a large king sized bed or two twins ,each 80 cms wide. A wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets complete the furnishings in this room. A bathroom with a shower over the bath ,a basin ,and a WC complete the accommodation on this floor.
The ground floor consists of garage/store room which houses a washing machine which has a "QUICK WASH " programme; it displays how long the programme will take to completion..It does, however, tell lies. Don't be surprised if it takes a further 10 mins or so, that doesn't mean its broken.
The third bedroom is on this floor and is accessed through a small entrance lobby which houses a small fridge/freezer and an electric kettle so that it is easy to make a hot drink or enjoy a cold drink without going upstairs. A shower room is also accessed through the lobby.The bedroom is very spacious and is furnished with zip and link beds each of which is 90 cms wide and again can made up as a double bed or twin singles. There is also a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and two wicker chairs.|The window overlooks the pool .and lower garden. The accommodation on the lower floor is approached via a covered terrace which is furnished with a dining table and six comfortable chairs . The villa is surrounded by a well kept garden on all four sides which is lovingly tended by a professional gardener.
