"The hotel was very easy to get to. Speaking with hotel team members prior to arrival about parking was fantastic. I used the hotel app and chatted with someone right at the hotel. Upon check in, we navigated to the parking lot, which was across the street, uncovered, which we didn’t care about, and self parking. You can come and go as you please if you decide to go out and explore by driving. The our room was ready was clean upon our arrival. Bed was comfortable, but they could update the pillows. They were a little flat. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The refrigerator was good size. Was able to bring back leftovers from our dinner out. Keurig coffee maker with bottles of water left to use or just drink. Was nice you didn’t have to worry about using water from the bathroom sink. The hotel has a train/subway that runs along Main St. If you are going to KeyBank Center or to canal side, take the train. ITS FREE, only in that direction. Ate breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and the ladies who waited on us had some good recommendations for chicken wings. We had omelets. They were tasty. We were able to have the buffet items as well with our breakfast. Great hotel location and easy to get to places around the city. "

"Our stay was amazing. From check in to check out the staff was friendly and helpful, we were seriously impressed. The hotel was very clean, from the elevators to the lobby to our room to our room. Towels were changed and beds were made daily. We had dinner at the restaurant Panorama on Seven in the hotel and the food was delicious and the service was excellent!"
