One of my favorite places in the Manchester area. I have stayed here multiple times, in different rooms, and each time the experience is excellent. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff is just wonderful. And the views are outstanding.

The property is very nice and the rooms were clean. I will stay here any time coming to Vermont to ski. I would have given it 5 stars but the property lacks some very small maintenance issues. You won’t regret it for the price and location.

All the staff members at Manchester View were friendly and helpful. The location was great for skiing at Stratton and close to some wonderful restaurants.

The place was cozy, comfortable and clean. The only thing that I did not like was that my room was up against some sort of control room. Not sure what it was, however, I awoke during the night and the humming sound from this room kept me awake. However, not a deal breaker, definitely recommend this place. The location is perfect. I hope to return again this year.

Cozy room, great view
My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. The room was clean, comfortable and had a patio overlooking the mountains. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. The town is about a mile from the lodge and very walkable. Lots of boutiques and restaurants, coffee shops and a wonderful HUGE independent bookstore. The people were lovely. The lodge staff was attentive. Turndown service every day. Clean towels. Tv channels are very limited but we didn’t stay in the room much. The room itself was clean and cozy. Could stand a little updating but was perfectly serviceable.
Hilldene Mansion parking lot view, but most of the views here are just like this.
