And the non-English speaking staff were also eager to assist and try to communicate with us the best they could whenever we sought their assistance. Appreciate all the staff hospitality throughout our stay. The hotel lobby and public bath area were always kept clean. The room was spacious and clean as well, and the bed was comfortable. "The room is pretty new but the surrounding of the hotel is not good. The location is not good, the road connected to the hotel is like a graveyard. The breakfast is not good, very limited items and not tasty. Staff keeps on persude us to eat in the hotel's restaurant, very expensive dinner 40,000 yen per person. Overall not recommend this hotel."
