Quick check in - check out, friendly staff. Overall a great clean and simple hotel with comfortable rooms. Dinner menu is the only weakness to my opinion. I had pizza for dinner and was quite frankly very bad

The staff were excellent. they all spoke English. The lady on reception changed our room when she saw that i was disabled. If your room does not need cleaning or clean towels you put the little cotton bag supplied on the door handle on the outside of the door and they put a chocolate bar in. Breakfast was typical of other hotels.

Clean and quiet room, well maintained building, and a nice breakfast every day. The staff spoke English and we're very nice and helpful. The hotel is some distance from the old City center of Bensheim. There are few restaurants within walking distance. It lacks some of the amenities of an American hotel such as ice and vending machines, on site fitness center, etc.

Perfect if you are visiting for short business sta
I chose this hotel because it’s across the road from my German offices. It’s very clean and comfortable a little basic and for larger people the bed can be a bit small. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s on a business Park so if you’re there for business it’s great if not a bit out of the way for anything else :

Quiet industrial location, superb staff & dining
This hotel punches above its weight - clean, modern rooms with functionality that delights all for a VERY reasonable cost. Easy to find & parking ample. Dining & breakfast was great. My only criticism is for those doors in the dining area to be closed so the European wasps don’t come in to terrorise the diners.

Business hotel
A very good business hotel, suited for people on their way somewhere else. Situated in a industrial zone, about 20 minutes drive from Bensheim. Modern building, large room, nice breakfast buffet. Hotel's restaurant offers decent food.

Pleasantly surprised. Rooms simple but clean and functional. Front desk friendly and helpful. Small problem with a small request, had to ask twice to get a solution but once it came it was as effective as ususal. Nice breakfast with good service. Area is industrial so not a place one can talk a walk to a sidewalk cafe.
