Single storey house with 2 car garage and electronic gate.

We comfortably accommodate 7 people plus one person, preferably a child or teenager, in a pull-out bed in one of the bedrooms.

Very safe the location. Located in the University Quarter close to everything you need. Beautiful view in front of the house.

Close to the valley of the vineyards, along the paths of Eulália, towards historic canteens.

The house has a floor area of 200m2, wooden floor, wooden floor, with 3 bedrooms including 1 suites, dining room for 6 people, TV room with fireplace, kitchen, full bathroom for the second and third bedrooms, full service area , back porch well ventilated.

House equipped to serve up to 8 people.

Fomos muito bem recebidos e recepcionados pela anfitriã, mesmo tendo chegado tarde da noite em Bento Gonçalves. A casa é bem espaçosa, muito calorosa e com ambiente familiar. O início da rua tem um beco, onde passa apenas um carro, o que de início assusta, porém a rua é ambiente familiar, onde os moradores residem a bastante tempo, inclusive alguns são familiares da proprietária. Com certeza iremos voltar !!

Ficamos um mês no imóvel, e só tenho elogios à fazer. Fomos muito bem tratados pela proprietária Nádia e sua família. A casa é fantástica, com três ótimos quartos, sendo um deles uma ótima Suíte. A sala parece cenário de filme europeu, e atrás tem uma vista maravilhosa da serra gaúcha. Nem em Gramado fiquei numa casa tão boa como essa. Parabéns! Espero ansiosamente me hospedar outras vezes nesta casa. Super recomendo.

Precário!
Primeiramente tivemos que esperar pois a anfitriã não nos aguardava, tivemos que entrar em contato! A casa era compartilhará ao lado de uma das garagens morava outra família ! Bom no check in foi falado que o chuveiro a Gas esquenta muito que tinha que mudar para chuveiro elétrico! Não conseguimos tomar banho direito pois o elétrico não esquentava muito e o a Gas era muito quente ! Logo a Pos o check in entrei em contato pois não conseguimos conectar a internet Wi-Fi anuncianda ! No sexta pela manhã a anfitriã apareceu mas não conseguiu resolver ! Ficou de ver o que podia fazer, porém já ofereceu que nos hospedássemos na casa dela . Com 2 quarto porém éramos 7 hóspedes, sendo 3 crianças e queríamos privacidade e autonomia. Em resumo ela pediu uma chaga para retornar mas não o fez ! Colocou a culpa da internet em um temporal que tinha ocorrido no final de semana anterior ! Como falei para anfitriã isso eh como eu alugar um carro sem fazer a revisão, imaginando que o carro está ok e no início ou meio da viagem eles têm um problema por falta de manutenção! E ainda os panos da cozinha estavam encardidos, existiram restos de comidas com uma aparência de velhos e sujos ! As instalações elétricas eram quase todas Com adaptações e muitas em curto circuito saindo algumas vezes faísca . Uma péssimas experiência, pois o anúncio eh casa aconchegante e os itens que se destaca não funcionam internet , chuveiro a Gas não aparece na descrição mas tem uma foto exclusiva do junquer aquecedor a Gas .
