I didnt like that the c bar wasnt open and there wasnt a band playing there. Instead of in a enclosed restaurant at kankakee grill. I went in the day before my birthday and stayed at the hotel. I didnt get any kind of promotion for my birthday besides double points which never worked when i tryed the next day before i left. Was susprised they didnt offer me any instant credit or any other offers. These casinos getting worse with the promotions.

We were on the 6th floor and while our room was non-smoking, the floor smelled like smoke and room had a musty smell. Tried calling room service but no one ever answered the phone, so I would not depend on room service. The front desk clerk was friendly and valet parking was very convenient.
