A Rare and Unique Concrete Riverwalk runs the entire length of the property, over 300 feet directly on the River providing Amazing Views Year Round! There is a Private Boat Ramp on the property for direct boat access to the river! This is a Very Special and Unique Property that I Am truly in Love with and excited to share with you! Open Concept Design is well suited for entertaining. There is a Huge Great Room with Vaulted Ceilings and a Fireplace. Great River Views inside and out! Over 2,300 square feet of finished space for you to enjoy. There are Roku Smart TVs in all the rooms including the Bedrooms. There is plenty of room to park your boats and leave them docked during your stay. There is a small boat launch on the property. We are PET FRIENDLY! This is a place you will want to return to again and again! There are Exterior Security Cameras on the premises and one interior camera in the garage. There are no interior cameras besides the garage interior. You will be able to download an app to monitor the cameras from your phone during your stay. Peace on the River
We had a beautiful stay on the peaceful & mesmerizing river from early mornings- drinking coffee, watching the fish jump & lounging outdoors. The inside of this rambling ranch was nicely renovated & had comfort, functionality in the kitchen/baths & awesome views of the river. We especially loved sitting by the windows in the LR & watching the lazy river go by!

Peaceful and Relaxing Retreat
This was such a perfect retreat for my immediate family of 4 and my parents. The house is clean, and beautifully renovated with nice closet systems in each bedroom. We enjoyed fishing from the backyard and watching the river from inside the home.

This home met all the amenities my group was looking for and more! James is an amazing host & great with communicating. He was very attentive to our request and met them. The property is beautiful. It was so peaceful on the lake, hearing, and watching all the little animals. Nearly everything you would need is provided. The communication from booking through our entire stay was excellent. I would stay there again.

Very relaxing and spacious home
We enjoyed our stay. Fishing off of the dock/river edge was lots of fun. Caught some catfish and watched the boats. The only issue we had was the baby items displayed online were not in condition to use. They were stored in a room in the back of the house so we had to purchase a pak and play for the baby. I don't want to give a poor review on that one issue as it only applies if you are vacationing with a baby.

Fantastic weekend!
What a great home! Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. House was quite spacious and we all felt like we had our own “space”. The great room was awesome, the sectional is enormous (and comfy). Super quiet well maintained neighborhood with lots of birds, small wildlife etc. We enjoyed spending time in the shady yard with a view of the river. My dog loved all of the wildlife scents and did great on a 40 ft leash.

Rented for a gal’s weekend retreat in October. So relaxing! Beautiful home & grounds. Views from sitting areas looked directly out to the river reflecting amazing autumn tree colors! Frequented charming downtown St Joseph- wine tasting, shops, dining. Close to lake MI. Donuts & cider from Nyes. James, the owner, was very accommodating. Offered option to check in early and was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We love this beautiful home! We will definitely go there again. First time in St Joseph’s and we want to move here! Lol. The place is perfect and so nicely decorated.
