This newly renovated home is ideally located and thoughtfully furnished with your enjoyment in mind. B Street Bungalow has something for everyone looking to visit and enjoy all the area's fun.

Spend the day riding the award-winning mountain bike trails, then come home and unwind with a good meal made in the well-equipped kitchen, or flip some burgers on the grill in the enclosed backyard. Sit back and relax around the firepit and enjoy some stargazing. For even more entertainment, step into the game room and enjoy a friendly game of air hockey or lounge on the comfy sofa.

If you're looking to step out for a bite to eat, you won't have to go far. The B Street Bungalow is located near some pretty great restaurants and coffee shops.

If you’re an avid mountain biker, we’ve got you covered. The house comes with secure bike storage and a bike wash station. Not to mention you can bike in and out from the house.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). OUTSTANDING
This little gem was perfect. Super clean and well appointed. Easy walking distance to the Momentary and a nice stroll to the downtown Bentonville Square. AND we were lucky enough to see the resident red foxes. Most definitely will stay here again…and again.

Concert at the Momentary

Sweet little home and close to trails
My family of four spent spring break at the B St Bungalow and loved how beautiful and clean and updated the home is. Our boys loved the game room and the bike storage/repair area, and of course loved the big TV in their room! The proximity to the trails was fantastic, just a quick 5-min ride to downtown and All American to Slaughter Pen.

Great home base for biking Bentonville
Great location...easy walk to restaurants and the downtown square and only a 5 minute ride to the start of the Slaughter Pen.trails. The bike storage room was very handy and included commonly needed tools for maintenance. The large yard and game room gave plenty of space to relax after a day on the trails. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot, close to everything
Nice little spot close to a lot of what Bentonville has to offer. Short walk, even shorter bike ride, to downtown Bentonville. Couple blocks from a delicious crepe place and a coffee shop. Lot of bike amenities including the bike wash station, room to keep them in and an assortment of tools including a tire pump. Make sure to bring a sleep mask until the owner adds curtains to the bedroom window. It was super bright in middle of the night from street lamps. Great location and well furnished house.

Great home near downtown Bentonville but poor property management company
This is a lovely, well kept home with great proximity to downtown Bentonville. However, our issue is with Vacasa, the property management company. On Sunday after check in, we realized there was an issue with the Wi-Fi and living room television. We reached out to Vacasa and were told someone would be out Monday to correct the issue. This never happened! Several texts were sent to Vacasa and they would never confirm when the issue was going to be fixed and as of check out this morning the living room tv is still not connected to Wi-Fi and functioning correctly. Would have loved to watch tv with my family in the evenings after a long day on the trails. Poor customer service!

Cute Bungalow
This is a cute bungalow in close proximity to downtown Bentonville. The unit is well-appointed and comfortable. The bathroom is on the small side, but it was not a problem for us. Our dog enjoyed the back yard tremendously.

This a beautiful home to stay at if you want to be in the heart of Bentonville. Easy walk to the Momentary or the coffee shops in the area. It has a nice fire pit in the backyard and the area is relatively quiet at night making for a peaceful stay.
