No stairs or steps, wide entrances, threshold wheelchair ramp, and toilet safety railings provide accessibility. We also have adult 2 bikes for you to borrow, so you can explore Bentonville by bike without having to lug your bikes here.

  Third Bedroom: Ideal for the kids and kids-at-heart, the upper bunk has a twin mattress on top and a full mattress on bottom. The top bunk is for children < 80 lbs. and the bottom bed can fit two kids or two small adults. This room has a lounge chair, a 43" smart TV, a wardrobe, and a solid wood console table with toys, books, and games inside.

  * 3 safety cameras keep the property safe from intruders: one at the doorbell, one at the shed, one at the back porch. Each camera faces outward, and cannot see inside the home. They can record both audio and video of the outside, not inside, the home.
  
  * Noise monitor in living room captures noise levels (not any sound) to prevent parties, which are prohibited. Noise monitor also has an integrated smoke, weed, and vape monitor, to prevent prohibited smoking activities.
  
  * Ecobee smart thermostat does not record any audio or video and microphone is off (if accidentally turned on, guest can easily tap microphone icon and lower it to zero). The thermostat is also not connected to any other smart device except an air quality monitor, located in the main bedroom.
